THE NOSTRADAMUS CHRONICLES

The Nostradamus Chronicles is a comic book based on the dire predictions of the famous sixteenth century seer. It is story telling, but not in the traditional comic book mode. It would more accurately described as a docucomic. According to most interpretations, Nostradamus foresaw three Antichrists who would wreak havoc on the course of human events. The first of the three Antichrists is considered to have been Napoleon, the second was Hitler, and the third is supposed to make his appearance on the world stage around the turning of the millennium.
When I discovered Nostradamus, I became fascinated to the extent that I translated many of his predictions from French into English to find out for myself what they were really about. My research lead me to immerse myself in the study of history and to pursue many obscure paths. The results of my work is a three issue comic book mini series. The series was to supposed to run for four issues, but for various reasons, I ended it early.
